**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential properties.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate prices, and facilitate transactions.
- Provide accurate information about properties, market trends, and financing options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.

**Requirements**:

- Reside in Centurion
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Have your own laptop and cellphone.
- Able to support yourself for 3 months.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and industry professionals.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills to secure profitable deals for clients.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while being able to work under pressure.

Education: High School (matric) (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
