Purpose of Role: To manage and perform all required administrative duties, ensuring timeous and accurate completion of tasks and functions, coordinating and completing all functions associated with the tendering process together with collection, collation and analysis of data and documentation.

- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Supporting sales activity in achieving targets and budgets through optimising systems and processes.
- Secretarial and coordination functions for the tendering team.
- Document formatting, standardization, streamlining and maintenance.
- Coordinate activities throughout the department to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
- Co-ordinate and control of tender submissions including maintaining updates on SalesForce and SAP platforms.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
