**Key Performance Area**:

- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required during office hours Daily line testing of all Assist lines and escalating if there are issues
- Assisting with real time case monitoring, queries, and validations
- Taking messages and sending it to the relevant team members
- Resolving of queries with the Assist centre and our clients
- Arranging of adhoc jobs and getting quotes with suppliers for general repairs; leak detection; geyser replacements; locksmiths etc.
- Sending quotes, approving jobs, and raising invoices for clients
- Invoicing - raising of new invoices for new accident jobs and maintaining a tracking sheet for all accident jobs to ensure payment allocation to each accident job
- Capturing of supplier invoices on the Sage invoicing system
- Live monitoring of all cases and following up with Assist when a case is not dispatched within 10mins or when a customer is not assisted within 45mins
- CSI calls to customers to see if they are happy with the service rendered or not - Log complaint with Assist
- Sending of accident and burst geyser notifications to the relevant brokers
- Following up on geyser related cases to see if it is a burst geyser
- Assisting with minute taking for internal and external client meetings

- Matric
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Requirement for attention to detail
- Fast and correct typing skills
- High level of self-motivation
- Work effectively as a team member and a team leader to accomplish organisational goals
- Problem-analysis and problem-solving - analyse the various parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutions
- Customer service orientation
- Pleasant and friendly mannerisms
- Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
- Listening skills
