**Our client based in Durban is looking to employ an Internal Sales Representative in their organization.**

**Requirements**:

- Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- Minimum 5 years technical or sales industry related experience (refrigeration).
- Technical motor vehicle/ refrigeration’s product knowledge.
- Technical industry knowledge (Has existing networks in the industry).
- Basic business acumen (understand how business works).
- Customer service.
- Hands on technical.
- Communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills.

- Persistence and Persuasion.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Create quotes and invoices:

- Assist walk in or call in customers and accurately identifying their product needs.
- Identify and prescribe products or services based on the customers’ needs.
- Create, explain, and send quotations to the customer.
- Secure business through negotiating with the customer.
- Follow up on quotes that are not invoiced.
- Create invoices based on stock availability and report stock issues as they arise.

Grow the customer base:

- Inform customers of the product range and convince customers to buy the product.
- Promote current specials and upsell.
- Identify and cold call potential new customers and courtesy call existing customers.

Service the customer:

- Educate customers on the products, services and warranties offered.
- Quickly resolve customer queries and call customers back.
- Confirm cash customer’s details and convert cash sales to cash accounts.

Analyse the market:

- Keep up to date with market trends by analysing the market.
- Observe and communicate competitor activities.
- Identify and communicate PLCM suggestions.
