**Responsibilities**
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Work closely with designers to edit and execute weekly artwork
- Support the creation and optimization of content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand's tone and messaging.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and engaging with the online community.
- Assist with the building of our content database
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience insights.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Recent degree with a minimum aggregate of 65% in Marketing or related fields
- Social Media Savvy: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube
- Copywriting skills
- Understanding of digital design
- Stellar communication and collaboration abilities
- Hunger for learning and thriving in a fast-paced, data-centric environment
