**Key Responsibilities**:
**Debtors Management**:
Process and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly.
Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain records of all communications with clients regarding payment status.
**Creditors Management**:
Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
Verify invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
Assist in the preparation of payment schedules and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Reconcile supplier statements and ensure compliance with company policies.
**General Administration**:
Support the finance team with data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for audits.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Provide administrative support to other departments as required.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in debtors and creditors management
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Relevant qualification in finance, accounting, or administration.
Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment.
