**Job Description**:

- Follow-up orders within origin (Port of Load), including full contact details of the supplier and cargo to POL
- Arrange for picking up of the cargo collection at origin and obtaining booking details.
- Registering of new shipments and Ensuring following all necessary processes with regard to Customs clearance and transport documentation
- Ensuring files are invoiced and documents are sent out to clients prior to them receiving cargo and containers
- Resolving internal and external clients’ complaints

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years’ experience as See freight import controller
- Knowledge of EUR1 certificates, VOCs and incoterms
- CW1 knowledge and expertise
- Matric - 12. Grade education degree
- Must be organized, a team player as well as self-disciplined and must have an understanding of the Accounting process. (debits vs credits)
- Relevant degree or diploma in Logistics would be advantageous
