**Your Key Responsibilities**:
**Drive Sales Success**: Ensure a seamless sales process by delivering exceptional support to our valued customers.

**Precision & Efficiency**: Accurately process incoming orders and manage them efficiently to meet and exceed customer expectations.

**Problem-Solver**: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with confidence, maintaining our reputation for excellence.

**Collaborative Team Member**: Work closely with internal teams to track orders, source products, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Proven Experience**: 2-3 years of successful telesales experience, with a strong background in liquor sales.

**KZN Expert**: A deep understanding of the KZN regional landscape, including key areas and suburbs.

**Organizational Guru**: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.

**Communication Pro**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

**Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with Syspro is a plus.

**Working Hours**: Monday - Saturday, including Public Holidays

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
