Fast growing company in the Telecommunications sector is seeking to employ an experienced Telesales Agent/Consultant to join their team in Umhlanga, Kwa-Zulu Natal.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Internal Sales function & order fulfilment
- Maintaining records of customer responses and compile reports to management on this
- Liaise with Internet Service Providers
- Offering assistance to customers in completing their orders
- Validating orders against system

**Requirements (skills, experience and education)**:

- Matric
- At least 1 years' experience in a Telesales role
- Telecommunications/Fibre understanding would be preferable
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Working knowledge of MS Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R4,000.00 - R5,000.00 per month
