**What will you do?**
- The quality assurance team leader is responsible for ensuring that services meet or exceed quality standards. The team leader overall ensures compliance, evaluates feedback from quality assurance and compliance and manages the quality assurance team daily, ensuring our clients receive a world class service.
- Minimum Qualification Required
- Business Administration Qualification
- Certified Quality Manager Advantageous
- Minimum Experience
- 1 Year Experience
- Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
- Developing QA Processes
- Team Management
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Identifying arears for improvement in quality systems and processes.
- Risk Management Strategies
- Resource Management (Tools, Material and Personnel)
- Competencies Required
- Analytical
- Strong data Analysis
- Strong Excel skills
- Agile to handle different projects simultaneously.
- Create efficiencies.
- Be able to provide quality training.
- Quality reporting and feedback to stakeholders
