a Wine Farm in Franschhoek region is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to fill the role of Restaurant & Tasting Room Manager.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Efficiently manage all aspects of the tasting room and restaurant, including personnel coordination.

Drive sales and handle administrative responsibilities related to tastings and restaurant services.

Maintain meticulous stock control measures to optimize inventory management.

Foster positive guest relationships through effective communication and service excellence.

Skillfully manage reservations to accommodate guest preferences and optimize seating arrangements.

**Requirements**:
Demonstrated 2-3 years of prior experience in restaurant and tasting room environments, with a proven track record in restaurant floor management.

Comprehensive knowledge of wines, with compulsory completion of Preliminary Cape Wine Academy Courses or equivalent wine education.

Proficiency in administration tasks, showcasing keen organizational capabilities.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with guests and team members.

Fluency in both English and Afrikaans is mandatory; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Computer literacy, specifically in Excel and Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Flexibility to work weekends as per business demands.

Own transportation to ensure punctuality and reliability.
