**Position Overview**
- Are you a natural storyteller who loves working with people? Are you passionate about South African wines and viticulture? This is an exciting opportunity to grow your retail sales career in the wine industry.
- The Tasting Room Manager leads our team to share our wines and conversation with guests.
- This position is right for you if you are ready to build and guide a team towards reaching our wine sales goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Foster relationships with guests, including tour operators, sharing Le Lude’s story and brand
- Maintain and improve the high quality of service to ensure guests receive 5-star experiences
- Responsible for meeting Tasting Room sales goals set by management
- Develop innovative ideas to ensure the continuation of Tasting Room growth
- To learn and uphold the principles and goals of Le Lude
- Maintain winery image to reinforce the high standards of the brand
- Ability to work most weekends and some holidays
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management.

**Qualifications And Experience**
- Grade 12
- Well-groomed/spoken
- Strong managerial skills
- Able to work shifts
- Excellent wine knowledge
- +- 2 years experience in a similar position
- Driver’s license

**Salary**: R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Franschhoek, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- wine tasting: 2 years (preferred)
