***: ITC Hospitality group is growing and the general manager needs assistance in running the operations side of the business. They monitor the efficacy of the departments, improve operating processes, HR and staff management and reports directly to the General manager. **Operations Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**: - Chair daily Operations Meeting. - Hold weekly briefings and meetings with all departments. - Oversee damage control (SOP) is being followed and finalized. - Oversee linen control (SOP) is being followed and finalized. - Oversee Apartment checks by all departments (SOP) is being followed and finalized. - Oversee day-to-day operational functions for various department, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance. - Daily audits. - Ensure compliance with ITC Hospitality Group’s controls, policies, procedures, and service standards. - Be accountable for responsibilities of departments and take ownership of all guest complaints. - Provide effective leadership to all staff members. - Manage HR. - Manage guest/homeowners’ satisfaction, based on a set of KPI’s to be developed and agreed. - Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of ITC Hospitality and management. - Deliver on short - and long-term strategic goals for the business. - Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment and services. - Act as a decision maker in hiring, training, and termination of staff members. - Responsible for legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements. - Manage and develop the TEAM ITC to ensure career progression and development. - Ensure ITC Hospitality mission statement is always adhered to. - Attend weekly meetings with general manager. - Provide regular feedback to the Executive Management on overall performance of the various departments, in a format and time frame to agreed. **NB: Other duties/responsibilities may be added to fit the growing needs of the Company.** - Must have prior hospitality experienced (two years minimum) - A committed employee willing to "go the extra mile" when required - Self-motivator with the drive and ability to think and work independently - Focused and goal oriented - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - A confident and determined approach Work days/hours: Shift work based on a 7 day work week. Salary will be based on experience, skills and qualifications.
