**Job Requirements**:
- Administration of the organisations Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) system
- Ensure that all documentation relating to equipment are maintained and checklists are filled and maintained correctly at all times as per procedures
- Assist in analysing department data captured and reporting on trends seen or administration deviations.
- Assist with taking minute taking during meetings and follow ups needed
- Assist with the Administration and improvements of the company Health and Safety policies and procedures and administration of the Quality Management System
- Arrange and manage attendance registers for toolbox talks, HSE and committee meetings
- Consolidate KPI spot-check checklists and report gaps to respective Managers.
- Issue and maintain records of safety equipment and PPE - uniform, other PPE
- Consolidate First Aid and Safety Rep checklists and report to Department Manager
- Assist with incident / accident investigation and complete needed reports correctly, captured and signed off correctly.
- Capture and manage Near-misses reporting
- Role will reports to the Operational Manager

**Education and/or experience**:
- Must holds a strong and proven administration skills
- 3-5 years experience in Administration of both (Electronically and manual Filling) that is specifically focused on Safety, Health, and Environment and Quality (SHEQ) system or a similar capacity administration role would also be acceptable with needed passion for SHEQ systems.
- Must hold Good Presentation Skills and Computer literacy (Good Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Plotting Graphs etc)
