This role requires the Community Manager to constantly be engaging with consumers and audiences, looking for trends and insights, and knowing what the competition is doing. Working with the Content and Strategy team, the role represents the voice of the consumer, monitoring conversations, posting content and managing the daily operations of various social media challenges. **WHAT IS REQUIRED**: - Help build, grow and manage online communities for key consumer brands. - Being responsible for community insight: Identifying relevant conversations, influencers and moments that provide opportunities for engagement while conducting daily social listening. - Identifying and tracking relevant community data metrics. - Developing monthly reporting and outline key insights (monitoring conversation volume, reach, sentiment, influence as well as creating crisis detection dashboards) - Being responsible for community building: Identifying trending hashtags and influencers, monitoring conversations around relevant topics and proactively driving dialogue with influencers and consumers within the community. - Engaging with PR and Marketing teams across regions to tap into, and amplify, activity involving customer stories or influencers to maximise publicity. - Managing your own projects for BAU social comms and deliver "Always On" social content policy with a quarterly social media calendar. - Create and deliver professional and engaging organic social content in conjunction with PR, Marketing, Brand, Content and Creative teams to drive consumer engagement and augmented digital presence. - To champion creativity and deliver excellent customer experiences through content planning, working closely with the onsite studio to develop best-in-class content. - To manage and review the work of creators to ensure consistent processes are followed. - To act as brand guardian and ensure all work produced is faithful to the client's brand guidelines. - Responsible for community responding: Adopting and using the brand's voice - responding to and engaging with the user community. - Be social media's "Quality Control"; ensure our content output is considerate and sensitive in its messaging.. **WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE**: - Passion for delivering on-brand and on-brief social communications. - Pro-active planning and leadership of creative community initiatives. - Practical know-how of managing social media channels, especially with their intricacies. - A thirst to learn more and to discover new and exciting trends within the social space. - Experience using analytical/social listening tools for reporting and to gather insights. - The ability to manage and filter workflow as well as organise and prioritise workloads to maximise productivity. - Understanding of how to interact with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service. - Experience in Financial Service, Fintech, Financial Products. - 5+ years of relevant experience. **A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT US**: MORE is a global production portal, part of Inside Ideas Group.
