**Communications Manager - P3**

The Communications Manager is responsible for overseeing all internal and external communications for a company ensuring the message is consistent with our vision, values and strategy, and is engaging. The Communications Manager will develop and manage the delivery of effective media (traditional, digital and social media) and internal communications strategies aimed at all stakeholders of the organisation. The responsible person will be in charge of producing high quality content that engages customers both internally and externally and builds brand recognition. They will be responsible for developing processes that will add value to the overall corporate communications and marketing.
**Management of the Corporate Communications plans**
- Create informative press releases, press kits, newsletters and related internal and external marketing
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer brand awareness and customer satisfaction
- Prepare detailed media activity reports
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all corporate marketing materials
- Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies
- Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events and promotions
- Manage the media monitoring and analysis of media coverage
- Arrange and manage the media coverage for all required company events (including all logistics)
**Management of the External Communications Plans and Activities**
- Advertising
- Presentations/brand information
- Networking strategies

**Management of Internal Communications Plans and Activities**
- Drive internal communications to increase engagement and awareness strategy and mission
- Develop an appropriate tone for internal communications which motivates, inspires and informs the internal team
- Conduct research on issues, trends, and events shaping the organization work and share that research with the wider team
- Manage the intranet
- Compile and disseminate all formal communications
- Responsible for all townhalls
**Minimum requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, copy writing, new media public relations, or relevant field
- Minimum 2 - 5 years working experience in corporate, journalism, similar role
- Experience writing for different formats (i.e., web, social media, video, print)
- Proven experience created targeted content
- Direct and Indirect Communication
- Strong knowledge of best-in-class communications practices and techniques
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working with external agencies, news agencies, governments, etc
