Your role as a Human Resources Coordinator will be to facilitate and assist in key HR functions across the company (Nationwide). These functions include but are not limited to:

- Recruitment: Shortlisting, scheduling, and conducting of interviews across branches around the country.
- Health & Safety: Assessment, compliance, and enforcement for various departments.
- Administrative Duties
- Industrial Relations

This position requires that you should be able to deal with a variety of personalities, keep calm in tense situations, be approachable and fair as well as have good multitasking abilities. While you will be based in Johannesburg South; your role will also require that you travel to branches across South Africa. You will be required to work in line with our operating hours (Mon - Fri 8:00 to 17:00 & Sat 8:00 to 13:00).

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 certificate
- Own vehicle and valid drivers license
- It would be advantageous to have a Diploma or Tertiary qualification in HR but not a requirement
- Sound knowledge of relevant HR Laws

The role is challenging but rewarding as you seek to facilitate a safe and pleasant working environment for 400+ employees. You will build great working relationships and find a constant source of stimulation through the variety of challenges a good HR department faces.
