ROLE SUMMARY
The incumbent will be responsible for to perform first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting support to end-users and customers.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Working under supervision
- Help desk technicians receive calls and enquiries
- Provide support in accordance with processes and document incidents and remedies
- Escalate complex incidents to second level support personnel
- Install and configure computers and systems

DISCLAIMER
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification
BSc (IT) or IT diploma (A+;N+) or MCSE
3-5 years working experience in a similar environment would be advantageous
Driver’s license and own transport a must
