KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Client service with all stakeholders
- Confirmations and updates with medical aids
- Obtaining authorisations and letters of guarantee
- Queries
- Liaising with all stakeholders (doctors, units etc)
- Maintaining of patient records and filing

DISCLAIMER
- Grade 12
- Two or more years’ experience in a similar position
- Medical Aid experience in the authorisation process and ICD-10 coding knowledge
- Computer literate (MS Office, Excel and Pastel)
