**We are looking for a Workplace Lead to join our Workplace Team; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.**:
Driving **operational excellence**, you will oversee daily **administrative operations** and **travel management** while fostering strong **vendor relationships**.

Key competencies include:

- A minimum of **4 years of experience** in a similar role with **supervisory experience**.
- ** Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Expertise in **travel management** is a plus.
- Proven ability to **analyze situations** and propose practical solutions.
- Strong proficiency in managing **stakeholder relationships**, vendor coordination, and **budget adherence**.
