**Product Administrator - 1 Year Fixed Term Contract with view to perm**

**Criteria**:

- **1-2 years in a Sales Admin or related role**
- **Driver’s license is critical**
- **Any ecommerce experience is highly advantageous**
- High attention to detail
- Committed to high accuracy
- A quick learner - will be trained on our quote system and Xero system.
- Great team player for a small intimate team
- High level of communication
- Able to influence customers

**Daily functions**:

- Provide quotes for direct walk-in clients
- Doing cost proposals & quotes to clients
- Internal sales
- Product information for walk-in clients
- Continuous development of the ecommerce platform / online store with product updates, monthly mailer, new product research etc.
- Updating our marketing platform with new customers, and loading new orders for production.
- Product management: Input new Product codes & new supplier prices (selling & cost) onto Xero - in line with Pricing Sheet. And Keep Quote system Prices up to date with selling prices.
- Answer the phone
- Follow up on sales
- Updating the system with new orders
- Mailchimp database management
- Tenders forms
- Vendor forms
- General office admin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
