**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Processing of payrolls (Sage Pastel Payroll)**:

- Checking the accuracy of processed payrolls
- **Generate and compile payroll reports to check, compare and analyse financial data**:

- Updating and maintaining payroll information
- **Calculation of commission and overtime**:

- Processing and issuing UIF related forms to employees
- **Resolving payroll discrepancies and assisting with payroll queries**:

- Ensuring processing is in accordance with company policies and procedures

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience operating as a payroll clerk / administrator
- Practical experience working on Sage Pastel Payroll
- Sage Pastel Payroll courses (advantageous)
- Practical experience processing financials for NBCRFLI employees on Pastel Payroll

**Requirements**:

- Matric certificate
- Good all-round knowledge and experience of general administrative duties
- Good understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work fast and efficiently
- Ability to work as a team
- Working times: 08:00 - 17:00
