**About the Role**:
The Back Clinic in Polokwane is seeking a highly motivated and organised **Team Assistant** to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team **immediately**. This role involves providing vital administrative and patient support to ensure a smooth and professional clinical environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional patient service and support throughout their treatment journey.
- Manage patient bookings, appointment reminders, attendance tracking, and invoicing.
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain up-to-date records.
- Capture and process patient data using MedEdi, booking systems, and digital tools.
- Support the Practice Administrator and stand in when required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Cloud, MedEdi, and booking systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Previous healthcare admin experience is advantageous.

**Reporting To**:
Branch Lead (Doctor) or Practice Administrator
