**Your Day Will Include**:

- Engaging customers via outbound calls and selling fibre packages & services with energy and confidence.
- Identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Hitting daily, weekly, and monthly targets—and loving every moment of the win.
- Following up on leads, updating the CRM, and keeping your pipeline active.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- At least 1 Year recent telesales experience - fibre/telecoms experience is a big plus
- A passion for people, performance, and persuasive conversations..
- Confidence, resilience, and the ability to bounce back fast.
- Solid communication skills (spoken and written).
- A self-starter attitude—someone who thrives on structure but owns their outcomes.
- Matric (Grade 12) is non-negotiable.
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience and basic Microsoft Office competence.
