**Job Title: Telesales Agent**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell our fibre products and services.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Identify customer needs and tailor product offerings to match their requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
- Record accurate and detailed notes of customer interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve team objectives.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge through training sessions and self-learning to stay informed about industry trends and product developments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and articulate phone manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Comfortable working towards and achieving sales quotas and targets.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
