The Main Purpose of the Job:
To organize and implement selected training and development activities to ensure that all nursing staff members are competent. You will be doing induction, training, and risk assessments, as well as other essential activities, with various private and government health facilities.

We're seeking for someone who can spot a problem and work swiftly to remedy it. We, as well as some of our clients, have quite modern IT systems on which you will be expected to operate, thus a basic understanding of computers is required.

Responsibilities & Competencies:

- Client visits with Private, Public & Homecare clients
- Reporting & Documenting
- Updating care plans
- Must be strong administratively
- Good Eye for detail
- Excellent patient care experience
- Ability to prevent or limit risk
- Ability to understand client needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be willing to travel with a valid Drivers License

Required Education:
Degree / Diploma in Nursing

Desired Education:
Nursing Education Diploma; Unit specific certificate or diploma where appropriate (e.g. Emergency Centre / Operating Theatre / Critical Care Unit)

Essential Minimal Requirements:
2 years of Clinical Experience as a professional nurse

Desired Experience

1-2 years experience as a peer mentor; 1-2 years experience as a workplace assessor.
