**Position**: The role is ideal for a natural marketer, responsible to build the Forte Group brand & generate leads for the different Forte group divisions.
**Location**: Cape Town or Johannesburg
**Schedule**: To be discussed - Flexible hours, Monday-Friday
**Work** **type**: Hybrid
**Position**: Middle Management reporting to Group CEO

**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Strategic** **Group** **Marketing** & **Brand** **Development**
- Represent all divisions within Forte Group, in terms of Forte Group brand strategy
- Responsible for Forte Group annual marketing strategy and execution plan.
- Responsible for brand strategy of all divisions within Forte Group by working closely with divisional directors.
**2*. **Lead** **Generation*
- Provide strategic direction and input on reaching new target markets.
- Develop strategic initiatives to grow client acquisition and retention.
**3*. **Brand** **Management*
- Champion Forte Supply Chain Solutions Network as a platform to nurture commercial relationships Arrange engagement opportunities within the network, like digital or personal events.
- Drive brand positioning and management through various marketing channels - podcasts, interviews, PR campaigns, events, digital content, corporate branding, etc.
**4*. **Digital** **Marketing* / **events**
- Drive marketing initiatives and communication across Forte Group paid and owned digital media.
- Manage content creation process with technical content assistance from Divisional Heads.
- Manage Group Social Media platforms & website.
**5*. **Budget* & **Reporting**
- Manage and analyse marketing budget and report on this monthly.
- Continuously analyse digital assets and their performance.
- Provide strategic suggested interventions on low performing marketing assets.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in either marketing, advertising and design.
- 3+ years’ experience in a strategic brand building role.
- Experience across all marketing types (paid/owned, traditional/digital)
- Experience in building a marketing infrastructure (processes, methodologies and tools to drive marketing effectiveness).
- 2+ years’ experience on full Zoho Suite, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEO, etc.
