**What We're Looking For**:
We are looking for a Director, Recruiting to lead a diverse recruiting team of Recruiters, Sourcers and a Recruiting Coordinator to build and execute on strategies to deliver international hiring across South Africa, United Kingdom and Australia. Key components of this role will
include team leadership, stakeholder relationship management, process optimisation and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

**Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To**:
Team Management
- Build, mentor and develop a diverse recruitment team of Recruiters, Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, and drive an environment of continuous learning.
- Manage and staff through the identification of development opportunities, guidance around recruitment strategy, and ensure effective business partner relationships.

Stakeholder Management
- Partner with our leaders to develop current and future hiring plans that accelerate ambitious hiring goals and account for growth in the United Kingdom, South Africa and Australia.
- Escalate the Recruitment function to be viewed by leaders as true business partners.
- Drive recruiting strategy in alignment with VP while ensuring local/country needs have been taken into account.
- Responsible for leading cross regional hiring, partnering with international stakeholders to enhance and execute on the talent strategy that enables TA to support the growth of international product lines and the Organisations investment to grow the South African workforce.
- Partner with the People and Recruiting Leadership Team (RLT) to execute on strategic annual priorities.

Process and Systems Optimisation
- Identify and design best-in-class recruitment strategies, processes and systems in partnership with other Recruitment Leaders and the VP, Talent Acquisition to ensure a consistent approach to the recruitment lifecycle globally.
- Responsible for developing hiring dashboards to effectively communicate insights to hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Launch initiatives to strengthen the diversity of our talent at all stages of the hiring funnel.
- Enhance and lead global sourcing strategies through the global sourcing hub.

**Things That Should Be In Your Background**:

- 10+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment or career placement.
- 5+ years of management experience or leading a team.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience building and rolling out recruiter training and mentoring a team.
- Experience supporting a fast-paced, high growth organisation.
- Experience working with international stakeholders and recruiting teams.
- Previous experience using an applicant tracking system required.
