**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide front-end support to our respective clients and users as well as colleagues in other departments.
- Manage and maintain client service level agreements and output expectations.
- Form part of a 24/7 support team and provide support on weekly rotational roster.
- Perform other tasks and activities in support of the function and company as required.

**Experience and Qualification**:

- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
- Relevant Technical Qualification or Degree will be beneficial.
- Information Technology experience.
- Application support experience.
- Excellent Communication and client relations skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound decision making.
- Good stress and time management.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: R15,000.00 - R24,000.00 per month
