Sales Agent Job Description:

- Selling C-TV products to customers and representing the brand.
- Maintaining customer relationships.

- Assist customers to subscribe on C-TV and ensure that the customer’s

account is working properly.
- Participating in company meetings with sales managers and other sales

representative; This usually involves providing a recap of recent results and

accomplishments to ensure that weekly targets are met.
- Address customer concerns and report any issues that you may encounter to

your line manager.
- Upselling to existing customers
- Emphasising product features; as a sales agents, you should be able to

improve product knowledge and understanding of the market among sales teams by finding best ways to emphasise the product features through sales strategies.
- When a customer agrees to purchase a product, you need to close the deal and negotiate discounts for advance payments (3 months subscriptions) where necessary.
- You are required to work with your Sales Manager to improve brand awareness: as a sales consultant, you need to find creative ways to keep the company's products attractive.
- You also required to improve brand awareness and the company's online presence by developing new marketing strategies to improve sales efforts.
- You are required to attend training sessions as and when instructed by your
