**Minimum requirements**:

- We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter who will participate in high volumes full life cycle recruitment from entry level to senior level positions.
- In this position, you will play an integral role to the overall success of the team by delivering a high level of service and thought leadership in the recruiting
- process ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
- You will be joining a new team that will be running recruitment through a centralised function and be part of deriving a recruitment strategy and developing a world class recruitment process.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent (advantageous)
- 3 - 5 years experience in end to end recruitment
- 3 - 5 years experience in HR administration
- Mining Industry experience advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions at a time - +-40 vacancies
- Able to demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy; ability to work independently
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines on multiple vacancies and projects
