**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client sites (industrial facilities and shopping malls).
Manage and motivate operational teams to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning and landscaping services.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Monitor budgets, resources, and service levels to ensure cost-effective operations.
Report on operational performance and implement process improvements where needed.

**Requirements**:
Proven operations management experience in cleaning and/or landscaping services.
Strong managerial and leadership skills with a focus on staff performance and client satisfaction.
Valid driver’s license - company vehicle provided for operational duties.
Computer literacy and strong administrative skills for reporting and communication.
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
**What We Offer**:
R28,000 per month starting salary.
