Main purpose of position

The overall job description includes a diverse variety of program planning and organisational tasks. Focused on advertising, a business promotion uses special events and other promotional platforms to build interest in a product or business

**Responsibilities and requirements**:
Diploma preferred or equivalent job-related experience.
Valid drivers licence and own a reliable car;
Availability to work over a weekend and public holidays in the event that an activation is running
Travel required for training or other scheduled events.
Booking, recruiting, training of promoted staff
Constantly update promoter’s database
Ensure feedback forms, reporting and timesheets are signed, checked and managed on a weekly basis
Ensure smooth running of activations with providing constant feedback to internal teams and client when necessary.

**Skills**:
Must have Excel and PowerPoint skills
Carry heavy appliances/equipment. Purchase product and supplies and Assemble stage;
Construct/set-up/display Point of Purchase materials
- insert price signs, display product information.
Oversee the activation execution and the setup of activation, includes, lifting, driving and set up of POS (Point of Sale), collateral, Kit and parts
