- Set up and host viewings
- Vetting clients, both Landlords and Tenants and ensuring they are “FICA” compliant.
- Conduct in-going and out-going inspections
- Advertise listed properties on various advertising portals
- Renewal of leases
- Build up a rental portfolio.
- Promote Century 21 s name
- Organise professional photographs of property stock for advertisement purposes.
- Renewal of leases
- Handle queries by tenants and landlords regarding statements, maintenance concerns
- Monitor payments to Landlords and contractors

**Key Competency Requirements**
- Matric
- minimum
- NQF 4 in real Estate would be an advantage
- Self-motivated
- Ability to manage time
- Own Laptop
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of property related matters / contracts
- Passionate about property
- 2 years Property Experience in rentals
- A Team Player
