We are an established property firm with a large property portfolio and great database, in the Southern Suburbs, and we require an experienced Rental Agent to start immediately.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Promote Century 21 brand
- Source rental stock
- Photographs for all advertising material
- Advertise listed properties on all property portals
- Set up and host viewings
- Ensure all tenants and landlords are FICA compliant
- Perform all inspections
- Renewal of leases
- Build up a rental portfolio
- Attend to all maintenance queries
- Monitor payments to Landlords and contractors

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- MUST reside in the Southern Suburbs or surrounding areas
- Matric - minimum
- NQF4 in real Estate beneficial
- Knowledge on property related matters / contracts
- Passionate about property
- 2 years property experience in sales and/or rentals
- Self-motivated, driven and a go-getter
- Service orientated and computer literate
- Team player
- Own reliable transport with valid driver’s license
- Own reliable cell phone with internet capability
- A/H internet connection
- Own reliable laptop
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate
- Estate Agent qualification preferred (not critical)
