We are seeking a skilled** Product Manager **who will** **own the implementation of new products into the Rewardsco Sales business entity as well as look to continuously review and optimize operational performance. This role entails a hands-on and collaborative approach to planning, launching, testing, and delivering a campaign that is aligned to the business case objectives.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Manage new product implementations against the business case objectives in an ‘incubation’ environment, with a focus on:
- agent profiling and development
- data segmentation
- scripting and product positioning
- sales and operational processes
- collections
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve the required deliverables within the 6-month incubation before handing over to the sales operations team
- Design, implement and review processes between internal and external parties which extends to system integration and business rules
- Implement quality assurance processes, ensuring all deliverables are thoroughly tested and meet a high-quality standard
- Daily coordination with the team in order to achieve the required business targets
- The individual should possess a drive for velocity, be highly adaptable, and demonstrate an ability to deliver a campaign that is aligned to the business case.
***SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- Exceptional strategic planning and organizational skills, with proven experience of working in product management and sales operations
- Proactive individual with the ability to work well under pressure and with mínimal supervision
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Deadline-oriented and output driven
- Innovative, adaptable, strategic, and creative in thinking
- A strong understanding of the financial services and telecommunication environments is essential
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners and employees
**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE**:
- Minimum **3 years product management experience** within a call center or financial services environment essential
- At least **5 years sales and operational management** and **business analysis experience**:
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders essential
- Financial Services/RE 5 Qualification is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office
