**Purpose of the Job** Responsible for the Operational Management of branch and to grow the revenue and profitability in support of strategic objectives. **Major tasks**: - Annual operational plan is outlined in support of strategic objectives - Air freight export department functions effectively in line with SOPs - Ensure that all controllable budgeted line items do not exceed 100% of budget allocation - Plans are implemented to ensure financial performance targets are met for branch - Customer satisfaction survey is > 80% - Achieve an Employee Engagement Index score of > 80% - Staff turnover < 10% - Training and development plans in place for staff and reviewed bi-annually - Record of performance discussions held bi-annually and disciplinary processes **Minimum Qualification** Bachelors Degree in Commerce, with specialisation in Logistics preferred At least 5-8 years’ experience in a similar position **Other Key Skills / Role requirements** - Previous experience in medium/ large logistics/freight company - Previous management experience preferred. - Driver’s license required. **NB Applicants - Please Note**:
