**Core Description**:
Manage, facilitate and co-ordinate Commercial and Contract Management documentation pertaining to Vendor appointments and payment processes, systems and notifications. Manage high level Vendor Billing and Payment escalations within Openserve, to ensure the integrity of all transactions generated. Manage and monitor the internal processes across the entire Vendor Billing Value chain, to ensure timeous and accurate billing and completeness of service to Openserve as per the contract terms and conditions and reporting on such performance. Maintain and continuously improve Vendor billing processes, integrity of transactions and strategies for Openserve. Manage and track the Vendor Billing and Payment Dispute process - logged and received.

Relevant 3 year degree/ diploma (at least NQF 6) with 5 years relevant experience.

Relevant 1-2 year qualification/certificate (NQF 5) with 10 years relevant experience.

**Experience**:
Relevant 3 year degree/ diploma (at least NQF 6) with 5 years relevant experience.

OR

Relevant 1-2 year qualification/certificate (NQF 5) with 10 years relevant experience.

**Special Requirements**:
Prepared to work long hours.
Valid driver's license.
