**Role Purpose**
The Head of Commercial and Growth will primarily be responsible for ensuring the commercial success of Digital Client and will drive the development implementation and execution of a commercial strategy for the relevant revenue streams. The Head of Commercial and Growth will take leadership in ensuring business growth, ensure market adoption of propositions, and will be responsible for evaluating new growth opportunities. The Head of Commercial and Growth will also lead in the assessment, development and implementation of the client value propositions.
**Requirements**:
Relevant post-graduate degree (Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related).
Experience in financial services: 10+ years.
Leadership at a strategic level: 10+ years.
Proven track record in building and leading high-performance teams as well as dealing with senior stakeholders and business partners to achieve business outcomes (10+ years’ experience).
Proven track record in innovation/new proposition design (5+ years’ experience).
Experience in business case development (5+ years).
Experience in a direct-to-client business would be an advantage.
Experience in new business initiatives would be an advantage.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
**Leadership and Strategy**
Deliver strategic leadership for defining the commercial path to growth and profitability of different revenue streams.
Develop strategic direction and plans for commercial functions including customer value proposition, branding and marketing, and client experience.
Enable strategic and operational decision-making through consumer, market, and competitive insights.
Drive speed of implementation and tangible business results in line with strategic intent.
Promote a culture of data driven decision making, client focus, innovation, change agility and collaboration.
Demonstrate exemplary leadership behaviour, through personal involvement, commitment, and dedication in support of organisational values.
Develop collaborative working relationships within key stakeholders in pursuit of overall business goals.
***Branding and marketing
Ensure a deep understanding of target market segments, enabled through qualitative and quantitative consumer insights.
Operationalize branding and marketing strategies, including digital marketing.
Lead the delivery of successful POCs across marketing and sales functions to prove value of new initiatives.
Enable effective leads generation and campaign strategies for sales channels.
Enable the implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement of marketing strategies in close collaboration with sales channels and other functional areas.
**Client value proposition**
***Maintain/advance existing client value propositions towards accelerated growth.
Identify and prioritise new client value proposition design/implementation based on the identification of strategic market opportunities leveraging Momentum’s brand, product, advice and sales capabilities.
Enable the implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement of value propositions in close collaboration with sales channels and other functional areas.
**Client experience**
***Design and implement client experience strategies in alignment to the Momentum brand positioning and BU-specific client value propositions.
Establish/enable all required client experience practices such as experience design, improvement and innovation, continuous improvement, metrics and measurement, and change and adoption.
Drive client experience innovation projects in close collaboration with functional areas.
Make measurement results visible to functional areas and collaborate to drive continuous improvement.
