Core Description
To support and manage all activities across all ITSS LOB with regards to Back to Back customer and Supplier order processing, ETA management, delivering and invoicing of deals in accordance with the Backoffice process and BCX Governance rules. To provide administrative support functions to Management and operational support and back up to Back Office team Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Support and manage an accurate billing request pack for Billing Centre of Excellence
- Manage the process for supplier orders according to BCX and ITSS requirements
- Continuously ensure the financial management of cost of sales per customer order, in relation to the BCX SAP Quote
- Ensure purchase of FEC (Foreign Exchange Contract) is in accordance with BCX policy
- Obtain ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) for all purchase orders, record and communicate as per ITSS requirements
- Manage timeous update of ERP / ETA reports
- Manage and verify supplier invoice
- Execution and management on all backlog queries and ensure that correct amounts are always invoiced
- Ensure all deliveries to customer are done within requirements and that customer invoice requests comply with BCX procedures and policies
- Manage delivery request according to Roll out project requirements and SLA
- Understand product / knowledge of how configs are made up
- Understand and have knowledge on serial number tracing
- Assist BCX Teams, cross functional business units with any ITSS order related issues
- Assist Back Office team with queries and on the job training
- Hands-on operational management within team area
- Establish and foster a culture of performance excellence, employee engagement and transformations within team Functional Skills

3 - 5 Years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, communications, and order processing management. SAP experience required. Certifications / Professional Registration None Special Requirements/ Employment Condition Valid Drivers license Work Characteristics WFA /Office Based
