**Job Description**:
In the role of Broker and Broker Support Data Analyst, you will collaborate with a dynamic team alongside the Operational Management Team to facilitate data-driven decision-making and ensure the successful execution of strategies. This positions you within a business set to grow its profit by 35% compound annual growth over the next 5 years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain remuneration models to align remuneration with business objectives
- Translate analytical results into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for decision-makers in the following areas:

- Provide analytical support to the following departments:

- Underwriting
- Surveying
- Broker
- Broker Support
- Build and maintain management reports, dashboards as well as internal data-driven automations
- Translate analytical results into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for decision-makers
- Build, maintain and improve predictive models to support business objectives
- Clearly communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

**Skills and competencies**
- Have strong analytical, problem solving and programming skills
- Passion for operational business processes and strategies
- Have good communication skills, both verbal and written

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
- The following will be beneficial:

- Experience working in actuarial/analytics field
- MS office including Advanced MS Excel
- Microsoft SQL Server
- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
