Role Purpose
Requirements
- Matric/ Grade 12 or equivalent
- FAIS Credits and/or a suitable tertiary qualification
- 2-3 years sales experience within the insurance industry
- Leadership or management studies completed or in progress will be beneficial
- Previous leadership experience will be favorable
- A successful track record
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and assume full management responsibility for a team of professional sales staff
- Coach and supervise financial advisers to meet and exceed performance standards
- Timeously complete all administrative and reporting duties, including sales tracking, audits, and Feedbacks within the agreed timeframes.
- Demonstrate exemplary leadership behaviour, through personal involvement, commitment, and dedication in support of organisational values.
- Continuously monitor turnaround times and quality standards and resolve issues speedily to enhance client service delivery

- Manage the delivery on service level agreements made with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure that client expectations are managed.
- Manage client query processes and ensure that queries are tracked, accurately resolved
- Create a positive work climate and culture to energise employees, give meaning to work, minimise work disruption and maximise employee productivity.
- Identify employee growth and development needs and schedule interventions to enable ongoing development, training, and personal growth.
- Continuously monitor turnaround times and quality standards and resolve issues speedily to enhance client and broker experience.
