System Administration:
- Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Configure and customize the CRM system to align with business processes and requirements.- Implementation and Integration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement custom modules and features.- User Support and Training:
- Provide end-user support, addressing inquiries and issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Develop and conduct training sessions to empower users in utilizing CRM functionalities effectively.- Customization and Development:
- Undertake customization tasks and development activities to enhance the CRM system's functionality.
- Work closely with developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.- Security and Access Management:
- Implement and maintain security protocols for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies.- Optimization and Performance Tuning:
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of the CRM system.
- Identify and address any issues related to system responsiveness and data integrity.- Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for CRM system configurations, customizations, and user guides.
- Stay informed about updates and enhancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365.**Inherent Requirements**
- Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 360 Certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing CRM systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certificate is required.
- Proven expertise in system administration and customization within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and integration principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
