**What Will You Do?**
- Negotiate and manage debt repayment plans.
- Use empathy and understanding to build client trust.
- Represent us with professionalism and integrity.

**How To Join Us?**

**What Qualifications & Experience Are Required?**
- Minimum Matric qualification.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial services.
- Preference will be given to previous experience in a debt collections.
- Worked with targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge on the DCA and NCA.
- In depth understanding of debt counselling, debt review, debt mediation experience, administration and sequestration.

**What Competencies & Skills Are Required?**
- Computer Literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiations skills with the ability to handle objections.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and remote communication platforms.
- A home office setup with a reliable internet connection.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Target driven and self-motivated.
