Ecommerce Product Specialist

We are recruiting for an eCommerce product Specialist position.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Product Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for nopCommerce-related product management activities.
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with strategic goals.

**Platform Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities to enhance the functionality and performance of our nopCommerce platform.
- Work with developers to implement new features, optimize existing ones, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Conduct regular audits of the platform to ensure it meets industry standards and user expectations.

**User Experience (UX)**:

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Gather and analyse user feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
- Ensure the eCommerce platform is accessible, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and optimizations.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product performance and future plans.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, customer support, and development teams to ensure alignment on product goals and initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather input, share updates, and drive collaborative efforts.
- Communicate product changes and updates effectively to both internal teams and external customers.

**Market Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the eCommerce space.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product growth and differentiation.
- Recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

**Deliverables to be delivered by the eCommerce Product Specialist**:

- Product roadmap that aligns with strategic goals.
- Audit documentation of the platform to ensure it meets relevant regulatory standards and user expectations.
- Strategy document indicating how to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Progress Reports.
- Quality assurance and approval of all other related product documentation required.
- User Experience (UX) and Interface Optimization.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Optimisation.
- Integration Management.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce product management, with a preference for experience with nopCommerce Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, particularly nopCommerce, and related technologies.
- Experience with product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) to measure and analyse product performance.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems and their integration with eCommerce platforms.
- Certification in product management or related fields.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, particularly nopCommerce, and related technologies.
- Experience with product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
