Requirements
- A relevant B degree in Management, administration or Facilities

management
- Eight (8) years’ relevant experience with Facilities Management
- Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP advantageous will be )
- Proven supervisory skills
- A valid Code EB driver’s licence.

Key Performance Areas
- Assist the Head FM and Maintenance with the management of

tenant related services
- Assist with the management of stakeholder’s relationship through

effective communications and regular feedback
- Conduct tenant management meetings
- Ensure compliance with policies and standard operating

procedures
- Management and administration of contracts, tenders, Service

Level Agreement and MOAs
- Attend and chair BSC and BEC meetings
- Assume responsibility for the management of a portfolio of

immovable assets
- Maintain and assist with office space audits
- Assist with the compilation of the annual capital and operating

budget requirements for the area
- Maintain internal financial control and cost recoveries
- Assume responsibility for the management of operational staff and

contractors
- Ensure that evacuation plans are developed and executed
- Draft reports and correspondence
- Represent the Area Head FM and Maintenance.
