**Job Description**:

- Responsible for Coupa system administration in the India, Middle East, Turkey and Sub Saharan Africa region
- Assist with data analysis and reporting.
- Responsible for day to day task management and provide regular status updates and escalate issues as needed
- Resolution Manage the Help Desk ticketing system
- Resolve and/or escalate issues related to configured processes in Coupa
- Coupa and business process Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the region
- Advise end-users on P2P best practices and proper use of the P2P technology
- P2P audit and action Report weekly
- Monitor PO and GR Compliance monthly for region
- Monitor PO penetration monthly for the region
- Put in place plans to improve metrics
- Follow up on noncompliant user and assess training needs
- Educate business on the P2P process (procure to pay)
- Support global team with Coupa releases and assess benefit and impact of the new functionalities.
- Perform regression testing & identify change management need
- Maintain catalog as per guidance from Procurement
