Boxer Superstores is looking for a dynamic **Property Development Analyst** to join our team at our Head Office in Westville. The Property Development Analyst will play a pivotal role within the Development team by evaluating potential development opportunities, conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support sound decisions. The position requires a high level of confidentiality, analytical expertise and collaboration with key-stakeholders to drive business goals.

The role requires an individual with exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A proactive approach and a commitment to high-quality outputs are essential.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Educational Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree**: Typically in finance, property development, economics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role with exposure to property development and financial analysis.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and organize complex data effectively.
- Strong mathematical acumen, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, including report writing and presentation delivery.
- Proven experience in managing and monitoring budgets.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with a systematic approach to workload.

**1. Data on Financial Analysis, Budgets, and Forecasts**:

- **A.** Gather and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- **B.** Create and assess financial models to evaluate the feasibility of projects, including return-on-investment analysis.
- **C.** Conduct financial analysis on current store performance, potential acquisitions, new developments, and opportunities.
- **D.** Develop, monitor, and forecast budgets.

**2. Management, Reporting, Strategy, and Presentations**:

- **A.** Oversee and manage department dashboards to ensure accurate reporting and tracking.
- **B.** Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- **C.** Draft business and department strategies.
- **D.** Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
- **E.** Submit detailed reports to department heads and management, evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs).

**3. Collaboration and Communication / Research and Development**:

- **A.** Work closely with executives, senior property project teams, and stakeholders to align on goals and strategies.
- **B.** Conduct market research to analyze demographics, trends, and economic factors.
- **C.** Participate in regular management meetings to address issues and recommend improvements.
- **D.** Provide actionable insights to support department efficiency.
