Requirements
- National Diploma in Building
- Preferred: B Tech in Quality Surveying or Degree within the Built

Environment
- Project Management qualification would be advantageous
- 5 years’ experience in a supervisory technical position
- Computer Literacy - Ms Office Application
- A valid Code 08 driver’s licence
- Prepared to undertake standby duties and work overtime if and

when required

Key Performance Areas
- Coordinate tasks/activities associated with the implementation of

building maintenance plans and procedures in conjunction with the

depot head, assist with the development and execution of building

maintenance plans, priorities and schedules of building projects
- Coordinate and control tasks/activities associated with managing

personnel performance, productivity and discipline Monitor and

evaluate progress with regards to repair, construction, installation

and maintenance type work
- Perform specific administration tasks/activities associated with the

updating and maintaining of records/information related to the

activities/operations at the depot
- Contractor performance management
- Asset management inclusive of buildings; equipment; plant; tools;
and vehicles
