Marketing Coordinator - ONCS HR - GENERAL

Pretoria - Gauteng - South Africa

Are you a dynamic and creative marketer with a passion for making a difference in the healthcare industry? Do you have experience specifically within Ortho Neuro Cranial & Spine (ONCS) fields? If so, we want you to join our innovative team as a Marketing Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**:
Market Research
- Prepare regular data sets for analysis of ONCS markets using Quantium and other data.
- Maintaining up-to-date information on customers and market segments.
- Monitor and report on the competitor landscape and competitor activities.

Marketing Activities and Events

Coordinate activities for local events such as congresses and product workshops.

Coordinate travel for local events such as congresses.

Ensure documentation required for compliance is in place for applicable activities.

Coordinate and maintain a calendar of events and marketing activities for ONCS.

Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns and promotions, providing post-activity

feedback to the relevant management teams.

Liaise with the Marketing Communications department on the digital marketing plan for

ONCS and oversee the execution of digital marketing activities.

Collateral and Sales Support Materials
- Coordinate design and production of required promotional materials to support marketing activities.
- Coordinate design, production and dissemination of sales support and training materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all ONCS collateral, adhering to brand guidelines and healthcare compliance rules.
- Regularly update ONCS collateral to ensure accuracy and relevance, as well as adherence to brand guidelines.

Minimum Qualification:

- Diploma in marketing or related field, or 2+ years relevant experience in a similar role
- Good organizational and project or event management skills
- Good communication skills
- Effective management of time
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- High sense of urgency and able to work well under pressure
- Market knowledge of at least one of the ONCS markets advantageous
